My car was not full of gas (half full) and the employer (Sam) promised my that the car rental would pay me back on my credit card. When I asked for it later on I got this answer:
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Was charged $188 instead of the $94 I was quoted at the desk. After arguing with customer service I managed to get a $38 refund but still $56 out of pocket when I was ASSURED by Mariangel at the desk that my TOTAL final charge was $94. DO NOT rent from this branch, they will scam you out of your hard earned money. It has put a big dampener on my holiday, don’t let it be you too.
Ugh. Yeah. Good luck with this company. It’s impossible to speak with a customer service rep able to assist with bogus charges and sending a message on FB is equally useless. Save your effort and file a BBB complaint.
We rented a car from Logan Airport in Boston to be dropped off two weeks later at the airport in Rarleigh NC. Check-in and check-in was painless except for the long line in Boston.
Actually rented a car from Budget in Pensacola, Fl but couldn't find a listing on Trip Advisor. We got a Chevy Impala, which was a really nice car, plus we got a great rate. I will definitely rent from them again.
