I saw Tony (reception, not sure if the name is right) take to eat an amazing pasta while I was trying to decide what to buy. When I asked what it was, they said the chef made handmade fettuccine noodles. He even asked the chef to me if there was anything extra for me to have! 100% will come here again. If it wasn't for the service of the other departments, like the receptionist helping me with the food, but also by chef Jorje (I'm not sure I spelled it right). Amazing service around!!
I would like to give a great shot to Kristy for her amazing attitude and giving me the best service/help with my breakfast was very good I really appreciate her and would love to come back with the great customer service.
Tony, a nice young man, he helped us a lot to establish us after traveling to visit a sick family member and he did everything to ensure us a great stay and help us find food, he was amazing, we need more associates like him. Also Nate was great, he waited and fed the hungry people when he should be preparing and served us with a smile, thanks for great workers, I can not leave aside the cook for preparing a great meal for us, thank you very much
I thought I may have checked into the Four Seasons Hotel instead of the Holiday Inn Express. Lol. Seriously, my stay was more like an experience than it was just a stay. The staff is warm and friendly and very attentive. Everything is ridiculously clean. The beds are awesome. Larger size refrigerator in the room, microwave, and all the luxuries from home. Large desk area that's movable with comfortable office chair. Huge glass walk-in showers. Heated pool with a 24-hour fitness sensor that was awesome. Even though the hotel was full, it was very quiet. I was very pleasantly surprised and I would stay at this location again and again. Well Done Holiday Inn express!
I have to say I am impressed with the front desk customer service and daily cleaning service . The cleaning staff are wonderful and deserve to be recognized for keeping the rooms cleaned and equipped with necessary items. They may not clean thoroughly every day but they make the bed, along with changing towels and trash, if necessary. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!
