Highly recommend eating here. The staff is amazing. They even change take linens between guests. The food is amazing. My wife had the lobster ravioli and I had the spinach ravioli. Amos was our server and was very professional and made sure every need was met. I suggest getting reservations because they are usually busy.

Great service and delicious food. The saffron risotto with veal was incredible. Large portion and the veal was super tender. Really melts in your mouth. We accidentally ordered a non vegetarian dish for our friend but the staff was kind enough to swap it out for another vegetarian dish.

The first time in Miami we stayed at the Gale Hotel and went to dinner at the Dolce! Love!!! This second time, of course, Gale Hotel again and the Dolce as well!! The Italian waiter a cute, super friendly. It offered the option English, Spanish or Italian in the language, but we got by very well with the Portuguese. He suggested a board of cold cuts as a starter and the dishes of the day that were ossobuco or linguini with lobster. We asked for 1 of each. I stuck with the lobster. Everything was as good as ever. To close, a panacota that was very creamy. The price is very fair and the taste.... Wow!... memorable!!!! Super recommend!!!
