Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, internet, parking, black coffee available in the lobby in the morning, amazing!!!! Swimming pool, gym, cleaning, scented water in the lobby. Shuttle to and from the airport.
The hotel fully met our expectations, providing us with a great stay. Our suite was spacious, with a comfortable king bed, a very good bathroom and silent and efficient air conditioning. Another important factor is the hotel's location in Coral Gables, close to the airport and with many restaurants and shops nearby.
Great hotel, wi-fi point in all areas. The bed is incredible, great for resting after a tiring day of shopping in Miami. Competent and helpful employees. The breakfast is also great and has a variety of options.
I asked them to call me in my room at 6:30 so we could leave for the airport. They didn't call me and failed to notify 3 more rooms. Paid breakfast and not many options. Comfort room.
All the staff were very attentive, especially Florência at reception and Jesus from the Van (Shuttle). The hotel is very comfortable. Excellent beds and pillows. Great location and parking, including the facility to have an airport-hotel-airport transfer.
