Enjoyed the amenities and service by all staff. Oscar was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we had an exceptional experience. It was also my birthday weekend and he certainly took care of us. It's the little things that count. Be sure to check out the rooftop. Awesome view of the beach. Some people don't know about it and Oscar was kind to take some time out of his day to show us around and give us a tour. We liked the quick walk to the pool and beach right behind the hotel. Walking in long distances in very hot heat temperatures is tough so the short distance to the beach worked out wonderful. Shout out to Edwin from the Bar and Issac from the Beach. They also took care of us and made sure we had a pleasant experience as well. Hello again from Chicago!
