• Making a purchase at Shopping Livelo guarantees a lucky number;
• Exchanging Livelo points for catalog products, travel on the Livelo platform or transferring points to Livelo partner airline programs provides a lucky number;
• Using Livelo points to make payments via Pix or exchanging Livelo points for money, through the cashback solution, allows you to win a lucky number;
• Subscribing to the Livelo Club or already being a member of the rewards program’s subscription club allows you to win five lucky numbers.

Based on this dynamic, the lucky numbers can be added together, and the maximum limit, if the customer meets all the criteria, is 9 lucky numbers. If the participant cancels a transaction, they will not receive the lucky number resulting from that action.
