The Coffee Paolo was probably the best pizza I ever had! Such unique flavors, I'll definitely be back again for that. The Spicy Extra Virgin Olive Oil was delicious as well. Customer Service here was top notch! Adam, our server, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything. He was very attentive, he refilled water constantly and even threw away used napkins. I highly recommend this restaurant and the server, Adam.

First time here and the service Adam and basically everyone gave was amazing. Adam made great recommendations. The Star Laina pizza was amazing with a side of marinara. Truly recommend it! Will definitely visit again on my next trip. It was the best way to start our first day of our vacation.

The food is delicious! And the service is even better! Mackenzie was wonderful! She explained the history of the restaurant as well as explain some of the items on the menu. The caprese with the rosemary bread was delicious. The star shaped pizza was unique and the stuffed ricotta crust is amazing! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back!

Food was absolutely awesome. I was not expecting that out of the place when we first walked in. It felt more like a coffee shop kind of feeling and we had an hour wait to be seated. Glad we did not leave. Well worth it and Matthew our server was very busy but service was still great.

Incredible pizza. So excited to have this open in the area. Authentic ingredients (they source most from Italy), simple wine and beer list, flavorful pizza - the best! Cool story behind the chef, too. Can’t wait to try more next time. The prosciutto/burrata beats any I’ve had in Orlando, the Paolo (coffee one) is so good, try it, the coffee is not overpowering at all. The star Luca was the favorite! Thanks to Tony, our server, he was awesome!
