I can guarantee that almost every negative review here is from Karen’s who didn’t get their way. I worked for the location for four years. And although I don’t LOVE the idea of work for the company I can say this place is run very well, their rules for customers are fair and it’s EXTREMELY clean. The food is good and consistent. The service is great because the staff are very well trained. The managers are great. Houston’s has a way of doing things that keep it upscale and consistent. It’s not Burger King. You can’t have every thing your way and ask for crazy stuff. You can’t come here and get drunk and expect to not get cut off. This isn’t a place for your loud annoying kids. And there’s a long wait because it’s good food and they can’t force people to leave faster so new people can get in(that’s what fast food restaurants are for). It’s good food, good service, the servers work hard so keep your whiny kids at home and make a reservation like a normal person
