It lived up to expectations , they keep the bags if we have time after check out , ice machine , bar , meals are served ( nothing too elaborate ) , the rooms are not bad . location on the 2nd line of the beach but easily accessible on foot.

The hotel has an excellent location! 1 block from the beach, in Miami Beach, with easy and free access to public transportation to South Beach, taking less than 5 minutes.
The structure of the hotel is great and we had incredible experiences with its employees!
Highlight for the reception with HORACIO and LARITZA who helped us at all times, giving tips on tours, public transport, food and leisure. We got sick in the middle of the trip and the two of them were very supportive! Without them we wouldn't have enjoyed even half of our trip!

We arrived at the Hotel, and our room was already booked, clean and with the air conditioning turned on to cool off, the room was exactly as in the photos, the service was very kind, the room cleaning service was very satisfactory, at the reception they were available for free chairs and towels to take to the beach, as well as sunscreen and flavored water, the breakfast was hearty and tasty, and we got a free drink every afternoon, the valets are attentive, but I recommend calling from the room and ordering the car before to go down, because it takes a while.
