I have a Corum 20$ gold watch that has stopped working. I took it to a Corum dealer to have the battery replaced. They told me it needed repair after examining it. They sent it to Corum who sent it back after 4 weeks or so stating they could NOT fix it as they didn't have the parts. I love this watch and I was beyond disappointed. I then took it to Gray & Sons. They opened it while I was waiting and said they could fix it. I was happy. A week later, the watch was repaired and looked like new. I was more than satisfied. Not only were they able to repair it (with a 12-month warranty), but they were so humane that it makes all the difference. We are so happy to have discovered them and plan on being regular customers.
