This place is a gem! It’s a bit “retro” but that is perfect for us. The restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. The spaces are tight, but that didn’t bother us one bit. We were in a back in on the border of the park, and it was nice and quiet. We heard tons of frogs, saw herons, and we could hear the lions in the Lion Country Safari in the mornings. About the Lion County Safari: Do not miss it! We expected cheesy, or small- Nope! What a gorgeous park. Drive through and see tons of animals living and grazing freely (except the lions, of course)! Then visit the park on foot for more animals, water slides, amusement rides, gift shops, food…..we had a fantastic time here!Beautiful service and hospitality. Unmissable

Pros: Nice location. Right down the road from the Hardrock Casino and minutes from i95 and tollway. The beach is down the road and with traffic is about 15 minutes. McDonalds, gas station, Walmart very accessible. Modern laundromat across the street (very clean -just expensive). The roads coming into the KOA are small residential streets with a handful of small roundabouts. Be sure to plan your route and call the office ahead of time to find out which way is the easiest way in. Neighborhood was safe. Stayed 2 weeks and no issues. Good water pressure. Laundry was good (did not ruin my clothes) and about 2-3$ a wash and dry. Staff was polite and helpful. We absolutely loved our little patio and the patio furniture. Area was "city quiet" - you can sleep at night. We're full time RVers and this has been by far one of the best location we've stayed at. Cons: Ants! Don't leave anything of food out and clean up spills. Otherwise, you'll wake up to a mountain of ants everywhere in your rig. With very nice location, in a square, it is close to super cool shops. We ordered the options, such as entrance to White Bean Salad, a delicious bean salad, with exotic seasonings and excellent presentation. As a main course, we ordered the traditional Lamb shanks, which is a lamb cooked in 5 hours with perfect spices, served with vegetables and white rice. Extraordinarily soft, yummy! The Grilled Sea Bass, is a grilled shrimp, prepared with tasty Mediterranean seasonings ,champignon and accompanied with pilaf rice Dessert was sensational, the Künefe.Crispy grated dough with Turkish cheese, citrus touch, topped with syrup syrup and pistachio!!!

Arrived yesterday, wonderful welcome, beautiful location to go straight into town. Bathrooms continue to be desired, but in VR there is no need… Some terrain is tighter, but I have nothing to say😌 40 feet with trees. I would have liked a pool, but hey, they bought an adjacent lot. For the next few years. Close to everything, relatively well located, nothing negative to point out, it's the city and it's noisy... I come from the countryside, it's different. Happy holidays in the city

Great service, well maintained and clean. All sites have a cushion, table and chairs and a patio with cushions. There are not many amenities. They are building a swimming pool. We needed to be in the area and there weren't many RV options. We would go back.

Management and staff are great. Located in a major city, so there are a lot of noises, the sites are what you should expect from somewhere like this is located. Overall a great experience.
