Fantastic hotel... Great location, impeccable room, excellent service. We arrived at 7 am and were well received, we left our bags and went to walk until we gave the check-in time. Breakfast very good, every day is the same menu, but even so it is excellent, a good meal.
I stayed for 7 days in PV, and on non-consecutive days. They were extremely kind, kept our bags, good breakfast, to Miami standard. Highlight for Receptionist Henry.
A gentleman !! Spacious rooms and bathrooms, near the Spanish Way
I stayed now in this hotel and was quite surprised. They allocated me in a new part of the hotel, super large rooms, no carpeting, everything very new, King bed, where the sheets were changed every day, big bathroom, very good bath. Full breakfast For all tastes. Hot foods are replenished at all times .. and there's plenty of room for you to settle in and enjoy a breakfast. I'd get back to it for sure. The attendants are super helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool but is not so big but to have fun. Note 10 for this new version of the villa president. The location is perfect, close to everything. There is no parking, Wi-Fi and breakfast is included in the rate.
As I said in the title, the reservation was for the President Villa, so much so that the photos we checked were not the same as the room where we stayed. The room was in the building next door, we called Penguin. Nice room, but very cramped. In the width barely fit the double bed and the bathroom door is to run p gain space. The location is the strong point. In the heart of South Miami. In a parallel of the bustle of Ocean Drive. There are 3-4 blocks from Lincon Road and there is 1 block from Spanish Way. There is no parking at the hotel, like most Miami Beach hotels. But the staff points you to a hotel 2 blocks away at the cost of $20 a night. Well assorted breakfast
