We are currently staying in this hotel and the thermostat must have shut off after we went to sleep. The temperature has been progressively getting warmer and warmer all night. I finally had to get up at 4am because it was unbearable and the floors were soaking wet from the humidity and the thermostat would not even turn on. I called down and the person working the front desk indicated that he could come check it out, but he did not even know how to check the batteries on the thermostat. All he could offer was for me, my husband and children to move to another room at 4:30am. He left the room and did not return until I called down at 5:15am. Apparently he was waiting for me to come from the 4th floor to the front desk. The room we were then given only had a king bed which obviously would not work for our family. This night has been a nightmare. My family is supposed to be heading to Disney on a few hours of sleep in a room which I can only assume is 80+ degrees with 100% humidity. We travel frequently and have never experienced anything like this. I cannot believe that I paid to stay in a room like this when I would have been better off sleeping outside.
