Excellent customer service from the reception staff, especially John. John is always going further and providing good tips on restaurants and bars.

Lounging by the pool was fabulous. Plenty of space. My room was huge! The staff were helpful and happy. Two minutes from the beach, where we get a free chair! The neighborhood was astounding (Art Deco district). Best Mojito in Miami!
And yes, they are straight friendly! !

I love it every time we come here. John was very friendly and made our check-in and check-out very smooth. The place was spotless and conveniently located in South Beach within walking distance of everything and everyone if you know what I mean ; )
