Delicious food. It was a little loud for my taste. Steak was delicious, perfect term, no complaints. Risotto was ok. I think a mushroom risotto goes best with a steak. Bread and salad were amazing. The service is top quality. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

I rarely order steak in a restaurant. Why is that? Often it is undercooked or super cooked and do not want to embarrass my guests by bringing the problem to the server. I have to include Ruth's Chris in the mix of restaurants where I won't order steak due to overcooking or poor cooking. The steaks in the Back Room are some of the best I've found in Florida and some of the best restaurants in the country we've had dinner in. Certainly, this establishment is not as impressive in the eye as Ruth's Chris or some of the other well-known sophisticated steakhouses, but they sure do well in a hidden mall in Apopka. The new refurbishment was well done and the staff was always quite nice. You can always expect a brief visit from the owner just to check in and see if your meal is good. Highly recommended.
Salsa4eva
Salsa4evaWe love this place!
We ate here for 5 years. We love it because the steaks are of very high quality, affectionate and everything is well seasoned. We ate here a couple of times during magic meals because it was a big deal. We like the fact that we're recognized every time we return. They always strive to make sure everything is to our liking. The only thing we want is for it to be a bit more romantic vs sports bar - like, but, hey, this is the best place to eat in all of Apopka, so we'll definitely go back to the great food and the great service!!
Larry
Larry Good food, but
No doubt the food was great. But if I'm paying close to prices for well-known multi-unit quality steakhouses, I'd expect the same experience. He's connected to Beef 'O' Brady's. The staff seems to float back and forth

Tried this place out because of all the hoopla. Ordered from magical dining menu as it made this place affordable. Couldn’t wait for the food to show up because the bread at the beginning was a great start. The oils could use more seasoning not bad. Our old fashion and blackberry mule were spot on too. After that it started to go downhill. The egg rolls were really good and plentiful. The artichoke dip was good to but the greasy pita bread not a great accompaniment. The wife’s salmon came out looking good but had such a fishy taste that it ruined it. She loved the mixed vegetables and the fattening mashed lacked some seasoning. My strip steak was a nice cut but I couldn’t cut it with the knife. Orders medium but closer to medium rare. The lighting made it look gray. An older gentleman came over and put a light in it and said it was perfect though it wasn’t. It had little flavor and who knows what happened to the cognac butter if any. Mushrooms were good and a large baked potato but again no seasoning. We’re took chocolate cake and key lime pie home. Cake was okay. Pie has good flavor but is more like jello then pie filling. Overall not horrible but nothing to write home about. I see no need to come back here. Lots of fried food choices here. Could use an update to. Nothing really high end except for the prices. Staff attire of yoga pants will support this thought also. Our server Naomi was great as were the bussers, etc.
