We stayed 3 nights in a king size ocean view in the coconut wing. Overall enjoyed the experience however would not stay there again due to a few ongoing issues. When we arrived the room was not cleaned to a standard you would expect. Sand in the shower and a coat of dust on EVERYTHING. We called 2x to have it re-cleaned and no one ever came the first day. However on the second day we went to the desk and asked and finally it was re-cleaned. The staff at front desk including manager lacked customer service skills and was not apologetic about anything. Also be aware that regardless of use the resort charges a 50$ fee PER DAY for use of amenities like bikes, beach chairs, kayaks etc in addition to what you pay upfront to stay. if you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not it. Lots of noise from beach side restaurant/ bar activities at night and kids screaming running all over the place. Positives- has a private beach area, pool/ hot tub, dock you can watch sunset and we saw manatees regularly who appeared to live there. The shower pressure was amazing and so hot! Room was pretty and comfortable over all but unfortunate when we arrived it was not cleaned properly.The resort itself was gorgeous. Beautiful beaches, a peaceful path with greenery and plenty of activities for adults and children alike. The staff was attentive and fun. I saw groundskeepers caring for and cleaning the property frequently.
