We are located in downtown Cedar Key close to shops, museum, park, boat launch, fishing pier and seafood restaurants with boat parking and free wi-fi. Rooms have been updated recently with new paint and carpet and include new flat panel tv’s, tables, linens, drapes and more. All rooms have air conditioning, mini-fridge and microwave. Most rooms have 2 full beds including rooms that are pet-friendly. Management lives on-site.

My wife and I flew into Cedar Key Airport in our Piper Cherokee. When we landed we called the Hotel for transportation. We were picked up by the owner. She was very nice and checkin was quick and easy. The room was clean and ac was icy cold. It was very economical and all we expected. There was a nice restaurant next door for breakfast. Location was in walking distance of all good restaurants. On departure we were returned to airport by the nice owner. Our experience was great at CedarKey and we will return and stay with Cedar Inn again. Thank you.
You cannot beat the location of this hotel - walk, golf Cart, or bike to everything! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We stayed in room 7 which is at the top of the stairs and next to the 2nd floor deck. We were worried it would be loud, but it was a very quiet and peaceful setting. Updates and maintenance needs to happen; repairing the wood and fresh paint would do wonders!
Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy but good value for the price. Great breakfast spot next door. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only complaint I would have is that the smoke detector was in a drawer and had no batteries.
We stayed here just one night. Slip very comfortably. Nice little place without some of the “frills” of chain motels,but price reflective. I would recommend planning your visit to Cedar key late in the week, as a few nearby restaurants and other things were closed. This is no reflection on this motel. It was an enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Clean, comfortable, easy walk to beach, shopping or dining. The hotel owner was so nice and very helpful. Already booked another stay!
