As someone who is trying to eat better and on a weight loss journey, I decided recently to start ordering the weekly meal plans. Today when I picked up my 2nd week of meals I was greeted by the owner, Anthony. He was so nice and welcoming and even took the time to give me a tour of everything that’s offered in the store and explain how everything works. I love that they cook everything by a chef fresh in house and with no oils, or additives. All clean ingredients here. They even offer freezer meals and freshly meals you can get in store on the spot, and to me the best part is the take home meals. It has seriously made my life and making new healthy habits much easier. They weigh and measure everything out so you don’t have to! They even offer healthy dessert options for when you are craving something sweet. They have something for everyone wherever you are in your health journey!
