Amazingly, I have absolutely nothing to complain about this hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy, the staff was super friendly, the rooms and the common areas of the hotel were extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Dear Rainbow Springs Comfort Suites, give your employees a raise!! The guests at this hotel are really something. In our one night stay, we saw a lot of folks who needed a little more attention than normal. But no matter what the guests were doing or asking for, the folks at guest services were kind, polite, smiling.
The woman in the kitchen area greeted us all with a cheerful, genuine, "good morning!" I'm not sure that's happened to us in a while.
Overall, the stay was standard, but never underestimate the power of wonderful staff. They easily make a 3-star hotel a 5-star stay.

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our weekend get-a-way, and this hotel did not disappoint. We came in really late Friday night, and the front desk was friendly and made check-in quick and efficient. He notified us that the $2 fee for the safe will be waived if left unused; just notify the staff at check-out.
Every morning we had continental breakfast, and I can easily say that it is one of the best that we have experienced - biscuits and gravy, cheese omelets, cinnamon/regular Belgium or mini waffle maker, sausage, delicious hot coffee, fruit, and a mini-fridge of yogurt, hardboiled eggs, and more. The breakfast bar and seating area were clean and tidy each morning and the lady working the kitchen was inviting and very welcoming.
The hotel room was spacious, even with the king-size bed! The bathroom was nice and was supplied with plenty of towels.
There was minor noise from neighbors, and we wished that there were more chairs by the pool, but other than that, our time was great.
We would definitely recommend it to friends/family and come back to this hotel the next time we are in town for Rainbow Springs Park.

The staff was above and beyond excellent
The accommodations were perfect the location was the best I've seen only one problem which I hope will be taken care of for future guests. There is a water issue. That's all I'm going to say about that. As for the breakfast they did a really good job.

Stayed here for one night. We were in town because we met with some friends that were staying at the Springs campground and this hotel was relatively close and looked pretty decent hotel. Probably the best in the area. The bed was very comfortable I must say, compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. They have hot breakfast, eggs, sausage and waffles. Also they had bagels, bread, muffins and yogurt. Juice and coffee. I only had their waffles. The Staff was nice and the rooms were clean, so you can't ask for much more I suppose.
