Had the pleasure of visiting the Courtyard by Marriott at Aventura. The parking lot was being resurfaced so that was kinda of a first impression of not the best but once we were in the hotel I was so impressed. Check in with sweet Camila was a pleasure. She was so very sweet and kind with the check in. She gave us a incredible recommendation for a Peruvian restaurant, that was one of the best restaurants that I have ever been to. She was such a breath of fresh air in customer service. Thank you Marriott , promote this girl. The hotel was very nice, clean and very updated and modern. Room was great, only complaints were the beds were kinda hard and a/c was a little loud and sluggish. We only stayed one night but it was great. Got to see sweet Camila on the way out in the morning, for a hug. She is fantastic at recommendations!! My only small complaints are that they don’t have a complimentary breakfast (they offer breakfast/coffee/alcohol in the lobby but it’s absolutely crazy overpriced), and they “charge” for parking (we weren’t affected by this though because they were resurfacing their parking lot the week that we were there, so they comped our parking for the entire stay).
