We've stayed at this hotel several times while in the area. When we arrived this time I have to say the front desk clerk was really rude to me. I understand that it was "parents weekend" at Stetson but when I walked in she didn't even look at her computer system to let me know if a room was ready yet (Plat Elite) she just told me nothing was open. The other woman at the front desk stepped up and explained about it being parents weekend, how full they were and that there were not any clean rooms open yet. At least she had the courtesy to explain the situation to me as opposed to being RUDE and not even looking at her computer as the other clerk did. We will go back and stay with them but hopefully we wont run into this problem again. I have to say that when our room was indeed ready - the gentleman behind the desk was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. I think his name was Tim.
