Crudos fusion art

Service Overview

For art lovers , Crudos blends both into an Asian fusion dining experience complete with sushi rolls and a variety of mojitos. The new Coral Gables spot is Crudos Fusion Art’s fourth location under Executive Chef-Partner Edixon Hernandez and includes a Japanese highball whiskey lounge. Try the POP sushi roll for something different — pop rocks included – in this “immersive experience.”

‘‘Our kitchen is from another world, but our Mojitos are from another universe.’’

HE IS WELL. so we didn't have rolls, which looked amazing, but we had other items on the menu and only one was really delicious: the chicken rice bowl. Everything else was forgettable. The ceviche was super marinated, by the way. There are much better places to eat in the area. . . .

This place is fantastic! We loved how the restaurant really brought the wynwood art scene inside. We went on a Wednesday night, so there was regular happy hour PLUS 50% off the entire bill if you’re a member of their loyalty program. We each got a cocktail off the happy hour menu and they were all great. We got the gyoza and a salmon/shrimp tempura roll to start. I usually don’t like seafood but the roll was so delicious! We got the pork belly in the cloud next, which was tasty and the presentation was very fun. Finished with the beef and noodles which was also tasty. Our bill came to ~$50 total for 3 drinks, 2 appetizers, and 2 entrees, which I thought was an incredible deal. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I came with my family to Crudos and we had a great time. The service was excellent and the food outstanding. We ordered many dishes to share and all great! We tasted different sushi rolls, tatakis, pork belly, pork rib baos! To close we had amazing deserts!

RebeccaLovesCrudosBEST IN SHOW. Take all my money, CRUDOS
As I sit down to write this review, I struggle to come up with the words that can fairly and effectively communicate how STRANGE this establishment is. Crudos Fusion Art is my favorite restaurant in the world - every item on the menu blows my mind. I've been three times now and it's always been the highlight of my year. I recently visited Crudos and needed 2 tables as I couldn't dream of not ordering all the delicious dishes I wanted. The pork belly is out of this world. Whoever created this needs a Nobel Peace Prize. Literally WORLD PEACE would come from this dish. I sincerely believe that. The tuna pizza! ? WOW. The glazed mushrooms, although only one dish, were one of the best things to ever grace my mouth. I feel that the woman painted on the wall at Crudos Fusion Art is my wife, my spirit guide, my soul mate. This review might seem a little embellished, a little over the top, but FOLKS, TRUST ME. Crudos Fusion Art is the closest thing mere mortals have to heaven.
