Culver's opened at Military Trail in Jupiter a few years ago, but this was my first visit. I was lured by a recommendation that they have a good cod meal. Well, I have to say this was the best cod in a long time. It felt fresh out of the water (meaning not frozen :), flaky, tasty, just the right amount of golden batter. The pieces where big and the dip was delicious. The meal comes also with fries, coleslaw and roll, all where very good and fresh. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, nice interior design, looking like new, clean. The service was excellent, young people, but professional and attentive, we were asked twice: "is everything OK", it was more than OK. I will be coming back for more.
