I call on the 28th a day before to try to cancel my reservation since i couldn't get any flights to Florida from London, or anywhere I believe, the receptionist was so amazing, he actually cancel everything so fast and efficient, but because of the website that booked the reservation, unfortunately I had to contact again and this time a front of the desk operator at the hotel called Sally just got me everything I needed in no time, amazing they are absolutely fantastic, great customer service experience. Room was comfortable. We generally stay here 2 times a year when going out of Port for cruise lines. Transportation to & from the ship is quick and easy. Alecia in the office is a great asset. She answers the phone & helped me out on more than one occasion. You can't go wrong the location is easy to find just off I-95.

The hotel was convenient for the interstate ( we stopped after an afternoon at NASA on the way from Miami to Charleston.
The room was clean, tidy albeit a bit dated and the staff helpful.

NO cockroaches here. LOL. Unable to identify if the previous reviewer has ever stayed here, but the image Snowbird posted shows he doesn't know the difference between the harmless and unavoidable Florida staple, which is actually a Palmetto bug! 😆
This guesthouse is well looked after and very reasonably priced, with lots of extra amenities.
The staff is top notch, professional and friendly. If you have any needs, they are ready to accommodate you. I stayed here for a week and was very happy with the service from all the staff of the owner, who is often available on site for the kind, hard-working and attentive maids!

I spent two nights at this hotel (03/19/2023 and 03/20/2023) while visiting the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach with my wife, son and my mother and father.
The rooms were a little outdated, but otherwise clean and the front desk staff were pleasant enough. The room was silent, I couldn't hear anyone else next door and that happened to a lot of college students there on spring break. The hotel restaurant was great and they offered us a small discount coupon, which was nice.
Overall this hotel served its purpose well and was in a good location for a great price.
