My initial impression was not good, considering I had a reservation and the room was not ready, and it was already 30 minutes after check-in time. I ended up not checking in till 6:45pm. The room was nice but I had to wait for it to be cleaned. Housekeeping needs to step it up. They did not replace towels or service the room during the 4 days I stayed there. My toddler made it from the bathtub to the bed, and her feet were black! I also noticed a lack of garbage cans, utensils, and basic things I felt should have been provided. I went to the store and purchased garbage bags, sponges, and cups, among other things I needed for the room, which was the only one with a kitchenette. I let the front desk agent know of my concerns, and she made it right. If it weren't for Alexis, this would have been a 2-star review. Thank you for providing my kids and I with great service! I was impressed with her customer recovery. Because of this, I will consider staying here again.
