The Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is responsible for the economic development and improvement of the downtown area of Delray Beach. The Authority’s main areas of involvement in the downtown development include: Marketing and Promotion of the Downtown district (and its neighborhoods – The Ave [Atlantic Avenue], SOFA [South of Atlantic], The Set [West Atlantic], Pineapple Grove, US1 and Beachside) as seen through the Downtown Delray Beach site, Social Media, print, television, digital media, and public relations, as well as Merchant Programs and events such as Savor the Avenue, Delray Beach Fashion Week, Dine Out Downtown Delray Restaurant Week, the Mother’s Day Orchid Giveaway, Shop Small Saturday and more.

My Paradise!
If you love beautiful and quiet Delray Beach is your choice, the biggest surprise is awaiting you Downtown, especially at night hundreds of restaurants and bars, live music, and dancing places.
The city's cute. Super cozy. The main street, Atlantic Boulevard is very beautiful, with clothing stores, souvenir shops, art galleries, restaurants and bars everywhere, with parking lots nearby. If you follow this street to the end, it's going to be on the beach. Very tasty ride.
Sensational.
A small town with a wonderful, fascinating avenue.
Clothing stores, decoration, small shops and restaurants, make up the look.
Very large movement daily, especially on Fridays. From 5 PM, the movement increases until dawn.
Elderly people with their grandchildren, bikers, beautiful people, groups of young people, whole families give the place an amazing color.
Art galleries everywhere.
Numerous restaurants to all tastes. Intimate, noisy, all to see and be seen.
For those who like cars, it's going to be the paraiso.
I missed live music on the street anyway.
The problem is the numerous Vallet's. You can't park downtown. Stop farther and walk away, enjoying the look.

The avenue where we find souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, hotels and several other shops. If you plan to have dinner on weekends at night, make a reservation.
It's always lit up at night. Very nice to walk.
Delray Beach, FL has one of most vibrant downtowns I've been to! It is very enjoyable to go here if you want to relax, have a good walk and eat! There's a lot of great restaurants in the area, you have a lot choices!
Sometimes, there are cool events in the downtown, so you might want to check that as well.
We love going here especially at night because the place is really lively, a lot of people enjoying as well. So if you love to socialize, this is a perfect place to visit. In addition, everytime we have guests from different places, we always bring them here! They have common comment, the place is nice & vibrant.
So far, the people we see here are nice & if you like to shop, you have a lot of options as well. No doubt, a lot of tourists are going here!
