Sensational Arabic Cuisine! One of those places that you cannot miss. Small environment (far from being cramped), very cozy, with candles scattered over the tables, to the sound of a beautiful bossa nova lounge. The servers are friendly and polite, and the food... finger-licking! The menu is from beginning to end, very interesting. And the best: it has vegan dishes and wonderful beers! I want to go back now!

This was our first time to DVash and it won’t be our last. I organized this dinner for our restaurant club which included 11 neighbors. The manager took my reservation understanding that it was necessary to have separate checks and to sit outside. He was very accommodating but he needed my credit card to ensure we would show up. It would be $15/pp unless I called prior to cancel. We all showed up. A table in an outside enclosure was waiting for us and then the party began. Only wine-based drinks and beer were permitted to be served. Unfortunately the restaurant did not put bread or any gratis starters on the table. After our drink order, we ordered appetizers and salads. The portions were immense and they obviously were meant to be shared. We had a beautiful variety ….Greek Salad, Israeli salad, authentic humus, and burrata cheese with a honey sweet sauce (totally outrageous). No one was disappointed. Then we had our entrees….Chicken Shawarma, lamb kabobs, lamb chops, Bronzino, Mahi Shawarma and hamburgers. They came with either mashed potatoes, couscous, quinoa or veggies. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. A few of us had cappuccino but no room for dessert. The venue is located in a beautiful plaza with ample parking and is handicapped accessible. It’s right off the Glades exit on the turnpike. There are two single bathrooms available. The restaurant is small but quaint. The ambiance was simple and adequate The food is flavorful and authentic. The highest priced item was $42 but the average was in the $30 range. For a large group the 20% gratuity was included in our checks. We all enjoyed our dinner experience but the average rating was 4.5. I know I would definitely return.

We loved Dvash. Feels like you’re in Tel Aviv. Food was delicious. Service was great. So happy we were able to go. Definitely worthwhile.

As this restaurant is in Lakeside Centre mall, parking isn't a problem. The interior looked upscale while the cost of the food was on the pricey side as well. Just FYI, the owners are Israeli but the food isn't kosher. DVASH means "honey" in Hebrew. It was so crowded that, despite both indoor & outdoor seating, we ended up eating our dinners at the bar, something we rarely do. Their menu includes various Israeli options such as hummus, shakshuka, a couple shawarma options, & Israeli salad. We both thought our soups were excellent. My husband liked the falafel better than I did though. I actually thought it was too crispy! Although the falafel was listed as an appetizer & not an entree, it did come with a pita. In Israel, there would been some type of veggies available to add on top like tomatoes, Israeli salad, etc.

Well seasoned food. However, it leaves something to be desired in terms of service. To give you an idea, the coffee cooled down while the sugar arrived and my dish arrived 7 minutes after serving my wife and son.
