This review is overdue. I have used the MIA location many times, the last time, about 2 weeks ago, was like all the other times. OUTSTANDING service from an OUTSTANDING staff. I waited for a few minutes at the counter, worked with JOUSE, who was an excellent representation of the other agents I have dealt with. He is a sharp, smart and very personable young man, who made a complicated situation, which I thought was going to be very time consuming, uncomplicated and short. Took about 5 minutes to go downstairs where the cars are parked. No line, those young people who work down there really move and work hard to insure there are no lines, and crazy waits. None of the other car rentals have such fast, competent and pleasant service. I know, as I made the very serious mistake of dealing with those companies nightmare rental process. As I now use SIXT alot and exclusively, I have come to know several of the staff, and on my last visit some of them, a particularly young lady, went all out of their way to accommodate a special request I always have. Ironically, it was a manger who almost provided a wrinkle to this otherwise good experience, by interrupting the line staff efforts, and giving me the usual platitudes about how the model I ordered is not actually guaranteed, ect, ect, not problem solving and just got me pissed at him, fortunately the staff brushed by that and continued their successful efforts to resolve the issue. Great staff, cars, price, and location - I highly recommend using the SIXT MIA office next time you are in Miami.
