While the room and the hotel itself were clean and fairly nice… it was the rest of it that’s a problem. Upon arrival, no luggage carts available… was told they’re all in someone’s room. Then the gentleman working wasn’t wearing anything that indicated he worked there. Our hotel keycard stopped working 2 different times during the stay at the most inconvenient times possible. There is a room titled “trash” on the floor we stayed on and when we walked in to put out trash in there… both cans were absolutely overflowing with garbage the entire time. The ice machine was out of order and the TV remote worked maybe 15% of the time. There’s also an interesting community of people who live in this hotel. Creepy, uncomfortable, and unnerving to have groups of shady people huddled up in the stairwell when trying to return to my room. I think the majority of issues here are just the clientele because the hotel itself was clean and looked very nice.
