We stopped going here after 3 bad experiences between 18-24 months ago for both a dinner night and a stop for drinks night. 1 was for dinner and getting frozen steak and completely lackluster service with no help from the MOD as she just blew us off and said she was too busy to talk to us. My father had similar experiences around that same time so we all just quit going. We decided to look up recent reviews to see if they were better and there were a lot of 5 star reviews and happy reviewers. So, for our 12 year anniversary we decided to try it again. Showed up early to enjoy some happy hour cocktails prior to dinner and the bartenders were really attentive and the drinks were both very tasty and served promptly. Our table was ready on time, our server was very attentive, the food was great, all of the staff we encountered were friendly and smiling, there were employees walking by often enough to make sure nothing was needed to be removed from the table, and the MOD, Janet, checked on us and made sure everything was how it should be. We were severely pleased with our experience this time and whatever they have done since we last went there has gained us back as customers.
