Highly recommended program. Joey & Shirlei has a heart for people accomplishing their goals. They're professionals, hard working ,committed individuals. They work diligently with people, young as well as adults. Health and wellness are what they teach & promote. They inspire so many people with the programs they offer for the youths sports such as soccer, cheerleading, running, employers, gym, spa just to name a few. I'm so glad that I met them through a mutual friend Vivian we worked out together, ran at the track for over five years. Within a short time joining the group, I raced and pr'd 15 minutes in as little as 4 months of training/running with the fired up team.
