I rented a car out of palm beach Florida recently. I did the by pass the kiosk optioMicah was unbelievable with his customer service, as we rented a cabana. I would recommend to come here and be taken care by him. His focus on our needs was more than what we expected. The staff from moment we checked in was awesome and would come back for sure ! Clean and great service n. The only negative was that the directions didn’t say anything about going on a shuttle bus first. They said go straight past the counter and directly in to the lot and pick out your vehicle. So that was a little confusing. But not a big deal and we probably only waited 5 min for the shuttle. Anyways the two women that were running the lot were extremely kind and helpful. The car that I requested wasn’t in the lot and when we asked about it, the agent got right on it. Talked to someone on the radio and asked if any Jeep Wranglers were coming out soon. There was. So she politely asked if we could wait a few minutes and of course we could. And we were in the car we wanted in about 15 min. The agent in the exit booth was extremely friendly and efficient. As well as the agent who assisted me when I returned the car in the drop off lot. Thank you Alamo for a great experience.
