The door lock didn't work at all and you couldn't get hot water in the shower because it was warm. Besides, I really enjoyed my stay. At check-in, the young lady at the reception was very pleasant to work with.
It was my birthday weekend and Rachel made my stay AMAZING! She made sure we had everything we needed and a little more. She's the sweetest! She'd be the reason I came and stay again. Your service was the absolute BEST! Thank you very much Rachel ??
We stayed at four points by Sheridan in Tallahassee FL. I booked online and the first problem was that they wouldn't accept my AAA discount because they said I had to enter this information when I made the booking. I've never seen a section that said discounts. They said I would have to call customer service and request a refund for this discount. Of course I did that and they said they don't offer refunds for discounts and that I need to be more careful next time.
Ever had that moment where you feel like you've discovered a secret no one else knows? That's ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ for me. Every time, like with this room, it feels like I've hit the jackpot. Very friendly and helpful desk staff. Cannot say enough about the Cleanliness. Breakfast was great and well worth the add on. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean and had great amenities. Lots of parking and close to restaurants. Overall a great stay at a great price.
It’s labeled as a 3 star hotel but honestly it should be a 4 star!
Lobby is nice, room was cozy and clean with an awful view of the city.
The staff was amazing! Very welcoming and making sure we had everything we need. Pool was well kept and the hot tub jets went craaaazy.
But let me tell you fam, my favorite element of Four Points was the shower pressure, easily 5 ⭐️s !
