We stopped in to ask for a dinner reservation and they kindly fit us in to the busy evening. The owner was very personable and checked with us a few times during the meal. He noted that some of the staff was brand new but they all seemed eager to learn and serve. The gourmet Italian food was really delicious and the restaurant was located on the end of the waterfront strip which made it quite a popular spot.
I originally stopped here to take pizza, but decided to eat a full dinner. What a great choice. I'm very picky about veal dishes and often send them back when they're too tender. Francesca's can serve the tenderest veal that.
Relatively new, wow, this place makes a real Italian sauce. They listen to you if you ask for more or less of it.
I ordered arguably the best Arancini rice balls I've ever had. The meat lovers' pizza was delicious. The right place to visit Vero Beach.
Enjoyed lunch here on a wet arrival to Wanaka. We found the restaurant, it was on the corner at the end. Was thrilled to see a separate vegan menu. Food was delicious, and vegan strawberry pavlova was out of this world, it was EXCELLENT, highly recommend. You may want to order two. Thank you very much we really enjoyed our meal.
