Let me start by saying that one of my favorite fine dining restaurants is gourmet Italian food, especially when it's a mom and pop family store and Frank's has it! My family and I were welcomed and served by the granddaughter of the restaurant's original owner, which I thought was really cool. So we placed the order, included a photo of the receipt and everything came out fine, which for me is an important part of the experience. They did a great job. 👍 My family really liked the food and so did I, we even finished with an incredible tiramisu, which I try in every Italian restaurant I go to and this one is great. The only thing that surprised me was the tip included, don't get me wrong, she deserved a good tip and the menu says so, but it doesn't say percentage and the bill says "custom value"? which to me means they put in what they wanted, right? I don't know, I don't want to take away all the great qualities I've experienced, and I've even worked in a restaurant and I understand, but for two adults and a baby? You can draw your own conclusions. Anyway, thanks folks at Frank's Italian Restaurant, the food and service were very good, but I give it four out of five stars.
