We stayed a week here during our vacation to Miami. We chose this hotel because it was in a great location in Coconut Grove and was pretty affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Checking in was quick and easy since we had reserved our room in advance. I was a little surprised to find out that they charge $20 per day for parking. No where did it mention having to pay for parking when I reserved the room, so it would have been nice to know that in advance. They charge a $100 room deposit for incidentals, and they just took the parking fee from the deposit at check out. Each morning, a pretty descent breakfast is served downstairs, with a lot of options to choose from. It's all included with the room, so we ate breakfast each morning at the hotel.
