I have family in the Zephyrhills area. After this stay, Hampton Inn Dade City - Zephyrhills will be our go-to hotel while visiting family there in the future. Rooms were clean and cozy. Complementary breakfast was decent, with clean orderly appearance.
Booked 2 rooms for my family to attend a wedding at Simpson Lakes. Booked through the Hilton website, and confirmed before arriving to insure room requests were recorded. Manoj checked us in and was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Over the course of our 2-day stay he never failed to help with any requests, whether it was for an extra set of towels, directions, or taking a few pictures for us. The hotel itself could use a refresh. We had no problems with our rooms other than looking dated. Breakfast is the usual help-yourself type with the hot offering being Belgian Waffles. We asked for an hour later check-out on our last night and had no problem getting it. Although we were told there were 4 weddings being attended by the guests at our hotel (it was sold-out), we had no issues with behavior or noise after 11. Overall a very pleasant stay, and we would stay here again if in the area.
Worth the stop, everything was well done and just lovely. Employees were helpful and friendly and made the stay bettER! We would suggest the hotel to anyone that is near the Dade City/ Zephyrhills to make it a stay
Very clean & very friendly staff! Even before covid, I wiped surfaces like nightstand, bath counter, etc. I got nothing, spotless! That rarely happens even at 5 star hotels. Great job friendly staff! Breakfast staff also friendly & constantly cleaning. Great job! Pool area looked clean too, but didn't swim.

No reservation made, but had availability.
Check-in staff were wonderful. Weren't in a rush and made idle chat. Very friendly staff. Housekeeper complimented the pet I brought. Cleanliness showed that the housekeepers care. Bathrooms were clean as were the rooms.
Minus a tiny bit of wear and tear but that's normal. Pool was shut down for maintenance/remodel.
Another reviewer said the elevator was "creepy". I wouldn't say creepy. Just "odd".
I would recommend staying here.
The pet fee is a bit high, but managing pet hair, dander, and accidents one must take account for such things.
Update: Door key card stopped working and couldn't open door. Staff notified maintenance to try to fix issue.
