Visited this beautifully restored hotel museum. The staff are very nice and helpful. There is parking in the front or a garage just up the road if full. You can not bring drinks or bags into the museum, which is understandable. They staff work really hard to maintain museum contents and want to ensure to preserve everything for the next visitor. There's a room where you can sit and watch a video for context at the beginning of your visit. I would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area!

Located within the Campus of the University of Tampa, in a building that once housed one of the city's largest hotels. I think it's worth the ride for those who like this kind of attraction and are already inside the college. It operates from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m.

Museum has in detail the entire history of the building that today houses the University of Tampa, with many objects, reconstructed environments, all with the support of audio system. The history of the building is part of the history of Tampa and the United States.

The museum podoes up in a wonderful building that was once a hotel and today also functions as a University. The museum tells the story of the Henry Plant and the construction of the magnificent hotel. Beautiful, small and well organized. Buy crazy and accessories on the way out.
