My first time here. The check-in experience took forever. The young lady there I don't think was seasoned it took her a long time to check two people in. They triple charged my credit card for temporary authorizations. And they were asphalting the parking lot which made it difficult to come in and out. In my bed was extremely uncomfortable extremely clean hotel nice place I'll be back.

Everything was great! From the staff, room, location. This stay fit all things needed. A great thanks to the staff. Job well done! Nice to have a microwave to reheat food. Breakfast was good. Children really enjoyed.

Perfect destination between Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. Staff is very friendly. No issues, but would have liked to have a few more restaurants to choose from. Miss those cinnamon rolls at breakfast.

This hotel in Cocoa Beach is like most American Inn's. I found it very expensive for what it offers. A hotel of the same type, in Orlando, costs 1/3 of the price, but as I had business to attend to, I forced myself to stay there. The location is great, as there is a Publix supermarket next door. The hotel staff is made up of friendly people who try to help guests.
