This Holiday Inn had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Orlando. We always feel that the Holiday Inn is a good choice due to the clean rooms, comfortable beds, good showers and breakfast. This holiday did not disappoint. I just want to give a big shout out to our chambermaid, Kerry! I owe her a huge apology for saying that she took my makeup bag that I thought I had left there. I'm an idiot with five kids. One of them put him in a closet in our house and I found him a week later. I'm sorry Kerry! You deserve to be recognized as a valued employee, honest and very good at what you do!

The staff at the counter is not as outgoing as the Kingsland Ga. team nor is this hotel as new as kingsland's, but it was clean and tidy, as we've all been. One thing on the downside was the bacon for breakfast wasn't cooked even close. Everything else was fine.

They said they're renovating the entire hotel. It didn't look like you needed it. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. He was recognized as a member of IHG. Free water in the room. It will certainly stay again when we need to be in that area.

I was put up here for work and wow. The staff is very friendly. If all the rooms look like mine then they are very nice and clean and spacious. The water pressure is AMAZING! I would stay here again. Thank you HIE for a great stay

It's the best hotel ever. Ms. Mary, the lady at the front desk, was so kind and welcomed us so nicely. It's also clean and peaceful. I had a great night and a great breakfast. I recommend people to lodge in this hotel.
