There is no Intercontinental here. The hotel I mean. They did not even reach the Golden years. What a waste. They will never have an Intercontinental Hotel here anymore. SADDD
Booked a one night stay for 5 grandkids and grandparents to go swimming. Swam the 1st night only to get up the next morning to find the pool closed!! Spoiled a great weekend!! Too many other choices, never again IHG!
So far it is as expected. Good service, receptive and attentive staff.
My stay at this hotel was truly great! The check in was super quick and easy with no holding fees, parking fees, etc. like other hotels. My room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the pool. The location is perfect as there are many options for restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was also delicious with many options to choose from! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place!
The rooms were very clean and everything was nice and new. The only downfall was the lady in charge of keeping breakfast restocked couldn't keep up with demand. She moved very slowly and it seemed there was always one or two things empty. I went down three different times to get pancakes and the machine was empty. Eggs and sausage emptied out. The food quality was good just to slow at stocking it.
