The front desk was nice and friendly. The room was neat as we arrived as well as the bathroom and the AC was also working and easy to adjust. There was always parking spaces no matter the time we came and it felt safe. I just wouldn’t hang outside the hotel. There was enough hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.The reason why I did not give five star is because the first night and last morning of our stay the hotel door was locked and we couldn’t come out. We had to wait for maintenant to force it open because it keeps getting stuck. Which took time away from our morning schedule. The other mornings it was hard to open it but I had to use my strength to really pull it and then there was those mornings it just wouldn’t open. The last thing I didn’t like is they don’t change the bed sheets or clean the bathrooms. They just take out trash, redo the beds, and change the towels and toiletries. We saw same stains like make up and hair that was in the bed when we came back to the hotel which shows they did not change the beds. -The location does not have any walking distance places like for dining or shopping. But it was conveniently close to airport and Hardrock stadium
