I am so glad we stayed here. I searched many reviews to find an affordable hotel near Port Miami and Bayside Park. Holiday Inn checked all the boxes. We had a Bayview from 10th floor. The king room had a great view, comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator, and had thick towels and washcloths. Many reviews called the hotel old and dated, but we found it perfect. I could find things to complain about, but I highlighted what meant most to me. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Oscar, at the front desk, was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived before the official check in time. Cayo, who put our bags in storage, was friendly and helpful to everyone. When at Miami, we’ve stayed at other hotels, but always admired the location of this Holiday Inn. Happy to finally have a chance to stay and will stay again.
