this hotel is very practical, comfortable, has a large leisure area with water slides, many types of recreation. The reception staff speaks Spanish, which makes it easy and they are super friendly. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, with two bedrooms, bathroom, a small kitchen, living room, in short, super comfortable. There is a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes quickly. The hotel is close to the parks. There are also restaurants, gym, pizzeria, in short, it is a complete place! We love the place!
Excellent location. The pools are very good and there are several lifeguards at the main pool. Gave me a lot of confidence. The room is spacious, we stayed in one that had a small living room and a mini-kitchen, a separate double bedroom with a door and another with a treliche without a door. Good shower, very hot water. We like it a lot. Breakfast is delicious too and we were very well attended.

Very pleasant hotel, room service is good, it has a food court that helps a lot for those who are in the rush of the parks, in addition, it has a small market where you can buy the essentials. Close to Disney parks and approximately 15 minutes from Universal
My fiance and I stayed for 9 nights.
Efficient and fast check in and check out! The room was identical to the photos, had basic daily cleaning such as making the beds, changing towels and cleaning the kitchen. The pools were always busy but there was no noise to disturb or any mess.
I don't have much to say about the hotel's facilities, as I didn't have any meals there, nor did I even enjoy the pools.

Great food, service and drinks. We will return every possible opportunity. The chicken sis kebab was amazing. Highly recommend. Also... Recommend Patte as a bartender and wait person. She's great!
