We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the room and the location. It's a compact room with a fold down bed, but the unit does give you everything a couple needs to hang out. The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated.
The pool is small but good for a quick dip right by the beach. There's a separate hot tub and grilling area behind the reception building.
Overall it's a great location to be able to enjoy the beach, restaurants and bars, Beach shops and the three mile boardwalk.

I discovered this resort on a business trip in 2008. It was my first time in Hollywood and I knew pretty quickly it was my happy place. We’ve been going there every year since then. It’s the best vacation every year. Perfectly located and the staff and guests are friendly and welcoming.

Great vacation stay! My family has had a timeshare here for nearly a decade and we love it!
The location is amazing. It's right on the Broadwalk! The view from the balcony is beautiful.
The workers are friendly as well. They are always willing to help in any way they can!
The rooms in the East building are pretty tiny spaces, especially since the king-sized bed takes up almost the entire room. However, it has everything you could ask for in a beach resort!

+The hotel is oceanfront (However, not all rooms are oceanfront). It may be a short (3 minute) walk to the beach. The room was very small. The room was updated and had everything needed.
-Our unit (22) did not have hot water for most of the weekend. When I tried to shower on Saturday, the maintenance worker stated they do washing on Saturdays and the hotel only has one water heater. However, we did not have hot water for Sunday or Monday
