I made the reservation over the phone, confirmed twice over the phone and via Hilton chat. I asked them to send me an email to confirm the reservation and on each occasion they told me that they could not send me a confirmation email, only the reservation number. The price had also been agreed over the phone. Through Hilton's chat, when they said ok and I was going to print, they closed the website and made it impossible to print. Ok. When I arrived at the property, my reservation did not exist. The hotel manager gave us another hotel option further away to stay and more expensive, he said he had called the other hotel and that they were aware of the situation. We went to the other hotel, and when we got there they said they didn't know anything and charged even more than the price the home2 manager gave us.
