The staff at this Home2 is absolutely amazing. The general manager Zac was very careful to make sure I had a very clean room. He even personally went to the room first to make sure before I checked in. Casey the director of sales was extremely helpful when I had a slight issue checking in. Shaneatha at the front desk is incredibly kind and helpful, always hospitably helping me with whatever request I have. The front desk man at night named Theo was also very kind and patient with me one night when I made the mistake of (just once) not booking with the Honors app and third party booking was not showing up. The housekeepers were very kind and accommodating, and I never felt that intense rush to make me leave on the few occasions that I stayed until checkout like at other hotels, including Marriott. For anyone else I don't know by name, they were all very kind and helpful! Absolutely recommend this hotel! Also, great food anywhere in the same parking lot as Home2. Chick-fil-A and Winn Dixie directly across the street. GATE gas station less than a quarter mile. Walgreens and Buffalo Wild Wings walking distance ETA 3 minutes.
