This location is amazing from start to finish.. Amazing staff and incredible suites. Highly recommend the corner suites. Breakfast is Top Notch!! Did I mention the Amazing staff?? Amazing personalities
We are giving five stars to home2 & hampton hotel for their amazing customer service by their staff. Kimberly (the sales director that made the whole process very smooth for the group), the front Desk staff, Denise was great and Anthony was really friendly with us at night) and in general everybody was awesome, smiling all the time and greeting you with a happy face.
We used this hotel to do our "Best friend Reunion" on 06/25 - 06/27 about 30 people and we enjoyed their pool, their breakfast, the Starbucks in the lobby is a plus, the rooms were roomy and comfortable, the meeting room was very convenient for our party at night!!... Thank You Home2, we will return!
We have previously stayed at this property and knew what to expect. Unfortunately my husband mad the reservation and selected a queen bed. When we arrived he realized his mistake and asked if there was anything they could do to get him out of the doghouse. The staff was sympathetic and not only got us a King room but we were upgraded to a suite. This was ideal as I was working remotely and he attended meetings nearby. There are several restaurant options nearby and we also used Uber to to to other areas of Tampa.
These studio suites are worth the price, with the average hotel stays being so high right now. The staff here were all helpful and considerate. Parking garage is typical downtown fare, but we had an issue and the hotel staff buzzed us through.
The hearing accessible room is very well-designed and there were plenty of amenities for all your needs. Room was quiet, clean, and cool. Me and my partner would definitely book again, even as someone who can only afford one vacation a year.
We had a corner view room, and the view was spectacular! We could see our ship when we awoke in the morning. The room was huge, comfy, and clean. Breakfast was good but not great. The biggest issue we had was a long wait for a free shuttle. They have 1 shuttle, and 3 ships were in port. We waited over 30 minutes. The hotel is about 3 blocks from the cruise port, and many people were walking, and if you are able, that would be my recommendation.
