Comfortable hotel with wonderful view of the bay and bridges, comfortable bed linen and bath. Excellent location, good for hiking. The café inside the hotel is open 24 hours, with various options of sandwiches and snacks, which helps those who arrive late and hungry.
Excellent room, excellent bathroom, excellent cleanliness, reception and attentive staff. The location was quite strategic for meetings I had in the city center, managing to walk around the region quietly.
Excellent room, very good bed, extremely spacious, great breakfast, gym overlooking the river, the hotel bar and restaurant super well decorated, the view from the room is beautiful, the access is super quiet for those who arrive by car on I-95.
The hotel experience was decent, with the highlight being the stunning view from our room. It boasts multiple elevators and escalators for convenience and offers a 24/7 market, dining options, and commendable amenities.
However, the room itself is outdated. Wifi is so bad it feels like it's non existent. Lacking a fridge and microwave, it falls short on modern conveniences. The beds are satisfactory, but the thin walls don't provide much sound insulation. The redeeming quality is undoubtedly the remarkable view from our room.
The staff, notably the Filipino team members at the front desk and concierge, are exceptionally friendly and courteous.
Stayed here for the night for a concert in town and it was a very nice room with and great view of the river! The staff was very attentive and friendly! The bar staff was so fun after the concert! And the late night food hit the spot! We will stay here again!
