Leonardo was fantastic, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made our evening very pleasant and his personality is worth returning for. Great people create a great environment to stay in and continue having a fabulous time; Leonardo exemplifies all of the JW Marriot standards and more.
We went to the rooftop restaurant for dinner and drinks and had wonderful service from Jacob! He was truly polite, professional, funny and knew the menu inside and out. He added to to our evening in the best way possible and we will absolutely return to see him again!
Our server, Michelle, was absolutely wonderful at making our first experience at Illume a fantastic one! She was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the dishes and providing recommendations and customer favorites to us, especially for our 4-year-old son.
The food was fresh, flavorful and presented very well. Drinks and cocktails were top-notch. The atmosphere was lively and great towards the later part of the night. Rooftop views are exceptional, especially with a direct view of Magic Kingdom’s fireworks to top it all off!
We love staying at this JW Marriott, and cannot wait to dine again at Illume!
The location on the 9th floor give a good view on the Disney fireworks every night at 9pm.

Wow! 10 out of 10 would recommend, amazing service by Leonardo, who took really great care of us for my birthday and my family really appreciate it all his insight. What was even better is that Leonardo spoke Spanish and it was perfect for my family because my parents didn’t speak English so it helped out a lot. he even remembered our names and was super friendly and personable, plus we had the best view of the fireworks. We went around 815 and the fireworks started around 9 PM so it was a perfect time to catch them. The whole staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious as well. Great lounge vibes.
